Gael
Drum is an author, professional speaker and workshop
leader.
As a competent and successful business woman with
a house full of growing kids Gael was fed up with
her constant overload of stress, sickness and exhaustion.
With medications only easing and band-aiding her
ailments she began looking outside the conventional
square.
She began practicing creative meditation and positive
mind power techniques. Her energy levels, happiness
and health increased dramatically as did her career
and productivity.
Gael became passionate about passing these techniques
on.
In 1995 she opened 'Coffs Meditation Centre' facilitating
self development and meditation classes. In 2001,
after many requests for a recorded version of her
work, she produced her first CD "A Beautifully
Guided Meditation into relaxing, stilling & cleansing
your Mind Body & Spirit ".
It was during this time that Gael began working
with people with Cancer and commenced work on her
second CD, " A Beautifully Guided Meditation
for people with cancer and people in remission ".
In 2003, Gael secured a national distributor for
her two CDs.
She then produced a third CD " A Beautifully
guided meditation for pregnant women ".
Her national distributor also accepted this CD.
Gael's 'Beautifully Guided Meditation' CD s
are recommended by Doctors, Psychologists and Natural
Therapists across Australia .
In 2004 Gael was asked to write an article for
a national magazine and soon became their monthly
Meditation columnist. Expanding her business, she
began stress management workshops in the work place.
Continuing to promote happiness and wellness Gael
has written a book titled -'Beyond Burnout to Balance' - Strategies
and Solutions
'Beyond Burnout to Balance' is also distributed
nationally by Brumby books and is available in
