How Balanced is your Work and Life?
Do you have time for relaxation?

To have a healthy work and life balance it is imperative you are implementing the above activities into your life. However many people get so caught up in their work, kids or unhealthy habits or behaviours and do not have time to refuel their own tank therefore they ar at risk of BURNOUT- What exactly is Burnout – Exhaustion, anxiety, depression, illness disease etc.
We have Warning signs that let us know our life is unbalanced.
WORRY – Excessively worrying.

Over emotional
Crave – Unhealthy habits
Hopelessness.
Illness
Top tips to prevent Burnout and to bring Balance into your life.
1. Keep a diary and at the beginning of the week schedule in ‘me time’.
2. Practice relaxation daily – meditation, yoga, etc.
3. Awareness- Be aware. Think before you commit and act. Do not do other peoples work -Delegate - Delegate – Delegate.
4. Employee a house cleaner on a weekly basis.
5. Schedule a weekly date with your partner away from the family home.
6. Join an exercise class or sign up with a personal trainer.
7. Learn something new, find a new hobby.
